My approach

I believe that everybody has a purpose here on this Earth.

I believe that your purpose is not something hidden, waiting to be stumbled upon – it’s already within you.

I believe that purpose is all about connection, creativity and contribution and that you come into our purpose when you get clear on WHO and HOW you want to serve.

I don’t just believe – I KNOW – that you have a gift to share with the world and that it comes through your own pain and suffering.  

By transforming the dark experiences you have been through in your own life as a catalyst, you become a beacon of light for others.  For people, JUST LIKE YOU, who are currently suffering what you have been through and who need your help.

Your purpose comes from making lemonade out of your lemons.

And it has to do with serving via your unique spark of creativity.

My Coaching programme takes you through a twelve step process, guiding you to connect with your passion and purpose in this lifetime, by recovering your creative self.

This process supports you to dispel the “I’m not good enough” thinking that leads to procrastination, distraction, laziness and perfectionism and to take action DESPITE the fear.

My step-by-step approach enables you to transform your life, overcoming any creative blocks you may suffer from, including limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, jealousy, shame and guilt and replacing them with self-confidence and productivity.

My style of coaching is a mixture of intuition and the tactical – the feminine and the masculine – following your heart while bringing in the strategy, consistency and commitment to create and bring ideas into action.
